What Is a Chamoe Melon and How Do You Eat It?

Chamoe melon, or Korean melon, is a mini-sized (weighing in at about a pound and a half) melon from East Asia. It’s edible in its entirety, skin, seeds and all, but many people find the skin slightly bitter and skim it off before eating. It’s sweet with a slight crunch and has immuno-boosting properties and other health benefits. Cut in half lengthwise and slice as you would a cantaloupe. Enjoy!
