Crispy Smashed Potatoes

These potatoes are a lovely side dish. The potatoes is butter and crunchy at the same time. The garlic and parmesan crust make it even better. It is a perfect way to spice up how you make potatoes. Once you make them you wont want to make potatoes any other way. Grace Wathen

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb of Yukon gold potatoes. Mini or regular.

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Garlic Powder

  • Dried Oregano

  • Parmesan

Directions:

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Fill a large pot with water and add potatoes. Let the water boil and boil the potatoes until tender.

Step 2

Take the potatoes out and put them on a baking sheet. Take a cup and smash the potatoes.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and put a small knob of butter on each potato. Sprinkle the spices and garlic on the potatoes. Add parmesan to the potatoes.

Step 4

Bake for 20 min at 425 or until crispy. Take out and enjoy!
