Gold Ridge Organic Farm's soil in combination with their semi-coastal microclimate provide the perfect setting to grow perfect, healthy and delicious olives. Their olives are hand picked and then pressed into oil within hours of harvest at their onsite mill. The Tuscan blend has aromas of freshly cut hay with hints of Herbes de Provence. Flavors of green apple, fresh pine nut and a hint of green almond. Medium bodied with a light spicy finish. This is a perfectly versatile oil that can easily sauté, finish a dish or bring special flavors to your vinaigrette.

Tierra Vegetables Go Fund Me

Tierra Vegetables is in need of direct support from their community. A perfect storm of disasters, starting with the series of wildfires that began in 2017, the pandemic and now the current drought, was capped off by the recent failure of their water well. The farm is now in dire straits. At this point, Lee and Wayne cannot afford the cost of a new pump or even make payroll. Eleven families from their field staff to farm stand employees rely on Tierra for their livelihood. Their need is great, and urgent. Fundraiser can be found here.
