How to actually enjoy kale

Do you feel disgusted when someone says how much they like kale? I know that I did but it turns out that I was just eating it wrong. I was eating chopped-up kale that was dense and frankly not yummy. It wasn’t until I worked in a french restaurant and they told me I need to massage the kale first. I was very confused at first but after giving it a try I haven’t gone back! Massaging it breaks it down without cooking and makes it easier to eat and frankly better. ( In my opinion)


How to Massage Kale

First thing first chop your kale into the size you want. Take some olive oil and a pinch of salt and add to the kale in a bowl. Start scrunching the salad and moving it around. Keep scrunching for about 3 minutes. Add what you want and enjoy!

Something so simple can change kale so much. Now you can brag bout how much you actually like eating kale instead of rolling your eyes.
