Sonoma County Food Systems Alliance
FEED Sonoma is a member of the Sonoma County Food Systems Alliance and is actively working to realize the goals of the Sonoma County Food Action Plan.

Wallace Center
SEED Sonoma recently received a grant from the Wallace Center, a non-profit group that works with people around the world to increase economic opportunity and sustain natural resources. With their help, we were able to purchase our third fuel-efficient refrigerated truck – expanding our network to reach even more Sonoma County farmers.

North Coast Opportunities
A huge thanks to the folks at North Coast Opportunities and the Community Action Agency for encouraging and assisting us with grant applications. We’re also collaborating on a project to replicate the model of FEED Sonoma’s food hub in Mendocino County and interlink it with our micro-regional network.

Santa Rosa Junior College
We purchase produce from Santa Rosa Junior College’s Shone Farm.

Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF)
We provide aggregation and delivery services for the “Harvest of the Month” nutrition education program coordinated by the Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF), which serves over 250 local classrooms in schools with high rates of Free/Reduced Lunch Program participation.

The Farmers Guild
We connect with new and young farmers as they build their businesses.

California FarmLink
We provide training and technical assistance to producers who want to transition to sustainable practices and improve their farm’s post-harvest operations.
