Our menu is based on seasonality, taste and whatever our Chef Sara Hauman feels like creating each week. We call our food New American with a Spanish influence. The Spanish influence come from Chef’s time spent cooking at Asador Etxebarri in Axpe, Spain. Our food is unpretentious and unfussy. We focus more on flavors than foams and more on taste than tweezers.
